The work carried out made it possible to substantiate the need apply a method for studying frequency of beating cilia mucous membrane nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis when choosing treatment tactics an ENT hospital. Analysis study data on functional morphological state maxillary sinus allows us judge severity pathological process before surgery, which is fundamental factor algorithm rhinosinusitis.
